I am a trained integrative counsellor. I work collaboratively with my clients using psychodynamic, person centred, transpersonal therapeutic models.
How you connect with me as your counsellor is essential, I work alongside you to help you feel comfortable, safe and understood, so that you feel able to share what is going on for you and help us together find ways to minimise any overwhelming feelings you are experiencing.
I work with people going through various life challenges and difficulties such as stress, anxiety, depression, low self-worth and self-confidence, family issues, relationship difficulties, health concerns and work-related issues.
I have experience working with very diverse adults and young persons (16+).
My private practice is offering short-term and long-term counselling for individuals online and face to face, I also volunteer with a women’s aid organisation working with survivors of domestic abuse.
I can work equally in English and French.
First Session
Our first session will give you the opportunity to talk through your current difficulties and allow us to explore together how best to support you. I understand the first session can be a little daunting. I will listen and support you through this and I will advise on the type of therapy that I would initially start with and how I propose we can work together. Some people will be looking at a series of sessions and others may only want a one-off session to explore some of their difficulties initially.
This first session will give us the time to understand how we can best work together, provides me with the opportunity to find out more why you are seeking help at this time and, for you the possibility to ask all the questions you might have.
Together we will explore ways and approaches to help you start to live a more enjoyable and fulfilled life.
Fees
Cost per session £60. Concessions rate may apply.
First initial session of up to 30 minutes is free.
