Noemi Reiner

You may be facing a crisis or a loss, struggling with the impact of trauma or navigating difficult relationships. Maybe you feel things aren’t quite right in your life and don’t know how to move forward, leaving you feeling isolated, stuck or overwhelmed. I offer a calm and supportive space where you can make sense of your emotional difficulties, gain deeper self-understanding and find more satisfying ways to manage life’s challenges.

My Approach

I approach therapy as a conversation focused on what matters to you, at your own pace. I won’t tell you what to do, but I will give you my full attention and presence, inviting you to reflect and offering another perspective with curiosity and compassion.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of approaches to meet your unique needs and goals. We may explore how early experiences have shaped how you feel about yourself and others in the present, so you can understand yourself better and make choices with more freedom and clarity.

Above all, I aim to provide a relationship where you feel heard, supported and understood as we explore different aspects of who you are. This can open up new perspectives on yourself, your relationships and the possibilities for change.

Qualifications

I hold an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute. I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and abide by both organisations’ codes of ethics.

Experience and About Me

I have worked with clients presenting with a range of emotional issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties and grief, among others. My background includes working in a specialist bereavement service and for a charity supporting adult survivors of childhood abuse.

Originally from Belgium, I have lived in the UK for 20 years. I’m sensitive to the unique challenges of navigating different cultures, identities and languages, and have worked with clients from a range of cultural backgrounds. Although I mostly work in English, I welcome French-speaking clients who would like to express themselves in their native language.

Fees

Please consult my website for my current fees. You will not be charged for sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice.

Next Steps

If you feel I might be the right person to help you, you can reach out via email, or through my website. We can then arrange an initial consultation to explore how we might work together and answer any questions you may have. Our first meeting is an opportunity to get a feel for what it’s like to work together, and you are under no obligation to commit to further sessions at this stage.
